$8,000 Tax Credit Expiring!
9/18/2009

President Obama's $8,000 tax credit for first-time homebuyers expires on December 1, 2009. There is talk in the administration and congress of extending the credit to the end of 2010 and of expanding to any homebuyer who intends to occupy the purchased property.

This tax credit has been a real boon to the real estate industry and the economy, allowing people to realize the American Dream, even in these hard times. It permits more than just cash packed investors to take advantage of the great deals in the market today.

Write your congressional representatives and encourage them to support extending this program.

It's not too late....
9/10/2009

It is not too late to get it on some of the best prices in years! San Joaquin County is a great buy. Stockton has some wonderful homes, many of them less than eight years old, still selling for under $175,000!

Financing is loosening up and interest rates are relatively low. Give us a call and start shopping!
